How to Use

1. Cleanse: Wash your face thoroughly and prep your skin with a balancing toner.
2. Apply: Remove the mask from the pouch, unfold it carefully, and place it evenly over your face, aligning the eye, nose, and mouth cutouts.
3. Relax: Leave the mask on for 10 to 20 minutes to allow full nutrient absorption.
4. Pat Dry: Remove the sheet mask and gently pat the remaining milky essence into your face, neck, and chest until fully absorbed. Do not rinse.
5. Lock It In: Follow up with your favorite moisturizer or face oil to seal in the active ingredients. 

Frequency: Use 2 to 3 times a week, or consecutively for 5 days as an intensive skin reset ritual.
