Refund & Return Policy

At Korean Glow World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To comply with Google Merchant Center guidelines while maintaining strict health and hygiene safety standards for our beauty and skincare items, we adhere to the following return policy:

1. Return Window
Customers have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. 

2. Return Eligibility & Hygiene Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:
• The product must be completely UNUSED, UNOPENED, and untouched.
• The item must be in its original, sealed manufacturer packaging with all protective plastic seals intact.
• Due to public health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we absolutely cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any skincare or beauty products that have been opened, unsealed, sampled, or tampered with.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@koreanglowworld.com. Once your return is authorized, you must mail the package back to our official mailing address:

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can immediately evaluate the issue and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
